1st Course:
Zucchini salad trio with tapenade, feta mix, and special hummus paired with Black Currant Saison
2nd Course:
Chilled cantaloupe soup garnished with crispy prosciutto paired with a Cantaloupe Wit
3rd Course:
Moroccan spice rubbed pork tenderloin with sour cherry sauce, couscous, and seasonal vegetables paired with a Port Barrel Aged Barleywine
4th Course:
Lemon meringue crème brûlée paired with a Grapefruit Gose
Tickets are on sale now in the Tasting Room. $50 per ticket, or $90 for a pair. 21+
