Hop Commodity is a Midwest-inspired, single hop Belgian IPA with prominent malt sweetness and notes of citrus and pine, complemented by our hallmark Belgian finish. Waimea hops from New Zealand contribute both aroma and pronounced bitterness, balanced by the generous amounts of caramelized grain that are characteristic of Midwest IPAs. Acquire this limited commodity while it lasts.

Hop Audit: Belgian IPA 7.2% ABV | 72 IBU
Hop Commodity: Midwest Belgian IPA 7.5% ABV | 90 IBU

Guest Beers:
Flat 12 – Barrel Aged Massive Retaliation: barrel-aged stout 8.5% ABV

Taxman will be pouring beer as attendees of Aspire Johnson County’s participate in a World Cafe discussion about quality of life in Johnson County. An introduction to a sample of locally owned Johnson County businesses and quality of life amenities will be included as part of the evening.
