11 Jan MashCraft Brewing’s New Fishers Location Set to Open on Jan.13th
Fishers, Ind – MashCraft Brewing, the locally-based craft brewer, will open the doors on a new customer experience in Fishers, serving up a variety of craft beer, family fun and food to warm customers’ minds and spirits. The company’s third location joins established sites in Greenwood and Indianapolis to provide unique, neighborhood-centric family experiences. The grand opening in planned for 11:00 am, Saturday, January 13, 2018.
The brewery and restaurant, located just south of 116th and Allisonville, will seat 76 people inside and 30 people or dogs outside on the patio when the weather is nice. The interior space features a warm, friendly environment with comfortable seats and large windows providing plenty of natural light.
Founded on the premise of providing great beer and great service, the entire MashCraft Fishers family will work together to provide an unparalleled customer experience and ensure that guests leave with a smile and a desire to return. The MashCraft team looks forward to being responsible and charitable members of the surrounding community.

MashCraft opens its Fishers location with a full kitchen, a shelf full of games for the entire family, TVs so customers don’t miss a minute of local or regional sports action, and 16 beers on tap – 14 of its own, plus a guest tap and a cider. Current offerings are displayed on large screens and are continually updated; printed beer lists feature tasting notes and provide customers additional information about the beers they’re enjoying.
“Customers will find that all of our beers feature heightened yet balanced flavors and are brewed using only the finest ingredients,” Castner added. “Whether you are looking for big hop or malty flavors, or want a crisp, clean pilsner-like finish, MashCraft will provide a consistently great variety of styles so you can always find a beer you will enjoy.”
MashCraft Fishers is partnering with Chef Joe Hsu and 5280 Bistro Food Truck to create a unique menu prepared on site. The menu can best be described as elevated pub food – not just your standard burgers and fries – made with quality, local products and a commitment to flavors and nutrition that you can and will want to eat every day.
Food offerings include some favorites from the 5280 Bistro food truck menu as well as new dishes created especially to pair with MashCraft brews.

All three MashCraft locations are distinct and reflect the neighborhoods in which they’re located and want to be a place to stop by on the way home, catch up with local happenings, grab a pint of quality local beer, a bite to eat and a growler to go.
