[Indianapolis, IN] – Final Gravity Homebrew Supply will enjoy a soft opening on July 1, with a grand opening scheduled for August 12th. Final Gravity will offer Indianapolis residents the opportunity to buy homebrewing supplies and offer beginning and advanced homebrewing classes.  Special events and collaborations with local breweries can also be expected.

Final Gravity Homebrew Supply is located at 3131 East Thompson Rd. in the Carson Square shopping center.  Initial store hours are Wednesday – Friday 10 am to 7 pm, Saturday 10 am to 6 pm and Sunday 11 am to 4 pm.  Monday – Tuesday availability will be by appointment. Award winning homebrewer and owner Bill Jimerson has contributed to the Indianapolis Craft Beer scene with his online resource and podcast, Indy Beer News, where he gathers and reports the most up to date craft beer events and information to Indiana.  Jimerson noted, “The sustained growth of the craft beer industry is proof there is a demand for quality full flavored beer.
