Hey Beer Lovers!  The month of May is here and there is a lot going on around the brewpub.  New beers, new music, new events and new menu items!!  One particular addition will be “Cycology Sundays”.  We love bicycle riders and being on the Cultural Trail we see a lot of you every day.  So, later this month on Sundays we’ll be adding brats from Claus’ German Meat Market to the menu to make it a beer, bikes and brats kind ofSunday.

Drink
Since we opened last June we have brewed 42 different styles of beer.  We’ll continue to brew new styles, but coming this summer we will start to bring back some of the original styles like the Harmonika Hefeweizen and 5 String ESB.  Before that however, May brings 2 more new beers…a Belgian Wit and an Amercan Brown Ale.  Cheers!

Eat
The warmer weather brings some new items to the menu. New hummus options are the SerraNo Woman No Cry which is a hummus infused with cilantro and serrano peppers. Also look for our Every Breath You Take hummus made with roasted garlic.  New Panini’s include the Dixie Chicken which is our take on the traditional chicken salad and the Simple Twist of Cheese which is a grilled cheese Panini with tomatoes and garli aioli. A pizza Panini called That’s Amore and a spicy cajun sausage Panini called Light My Fire are sure to be favorites.    Look for two new summer salads as well.
