Chilly Water Brewing November Newsletter

Hey Beer Lovers, welcome to November…already! We’re planning out our brewing schedule with some new beers and past favorites. Look for a Belgian Dubbel and a Dry Stout this month. Going into the fermenters in the next couple of weeks for December releases will be a Winter Ale spiced nicely along with a Big Breakfast Stout. Last month Dan brewed Batch 100, a Strong Scotch ale with an ABV in the low teens! Called Long Black Veil, this beer will be included in our new bottle program where we will release 2 or 3 beers a year. The first in the series will be our Oak Aged Belgian Strong called Krampus and will be available this month for the beer snob on your Christmas list.

The new menu is out and folks are really digging the Sweet Home Chicago, our Chicago Style Hot Dog, along with our Big Me Italian Beef. We have also added two new Panini’s, a new hummus and a pizzadilla.
