Saturday, April 5th from 10:30am – 4:00pm

Help Indiana On Tap kick off the 2nd Annual Bloomington Craft Beer Week with a cycling tour of the city’s three breweries (in order):

We’ll also have an opportunity to meet with and talk to representatives of the soon to open Quaff On! Bloomington taphouse.

The 9 mile route will start at the B-Line Trailhead on Country Club Drive and will travel the City’s paved B-Line Trail and city streets (mostly low volume). The route will take you through the future Switchyard Park, downtown, historic neighborhoods, the iconic Kirkwood Ave., and the tree lined campus of Indiana University. The ride is suitable for riders over the age of 21 of all abilities and all types of bikes.

The Bloomington Tour de Bière is free for all participants. Riders will be responsible for the cost of their own beers during the day and lunch at The Bloomington Brewpub at Lennie’s (the Brewpub is offering 20% off all food for all riders). Please bring cash to allow for an easy check out at the locations. Brewery representatives and members of the Indiana On Tap team will be available to answer questions.  There will also be giveaways throughout the tour.

Car parking is available at the Country Club Drive trailhead, the Grimes Lane trailhead, and at Broadview Park, located at 704 W. Graham Drive.

Come early or stay late for additional riding opportunities in the hills of Monroe County.

Registration is not required, but we do request that you let us know you’ll be coming so we can give the breweries an estimate of the number of people to expect.  All riders will be required to sign a standard liability waiver form at the start.

Please e-mail james@indianaontap.com with any questions or to reserve your spot!  Let’s get Bloomington Craft Beer Week started with a bang…(or a ride).  And remember…A Smarter Beer Drinker is a Better Beer Drinker!

USE OF A HELMET IS STRONGLY ENCOURAGED!
