Our new tanks (pictured) are installed and full of beer. This new upgrade gives up the capacity to start sending out kegs to 6-10 carefully selected accounts around Indianapolis. We will start our distribution with the launch of a brand new LAGER! Your Local Library (AKA The Local) is a hoppy American lager with clean notes of citrus, resin, and bread crust. Best of all – it’s made from 100% local malt from Sugar Creek Malt Company and 100% local hops from Sugar Creek Hops Farm. Keep your money in Indiana and support local business! Our first marketplace was a huge success! We had 8+ vendors with a host of awesome handmade products such as artwork, greeting cards, paintings, woodworking, candles, books, and much more! We are skipping June due to a busy month jam-packed with events but we will be back in July and (hopefully) every 4th Saturday from here on out.
 
Nanobrew: The Podcast and Web Series – Tapes Tomorrow
Nanobrew: The Web Series and Nanobrew: The Podcast are set to begin. We will be taping the final bits for both tomorrow. They are 1) to give people a glimpse at the daily shenanigans of the books & brews staff, particularly the brewers 2) informative for upstart businesses and breweries, and 3) functional for current and potential customers to find out more about b&b, our friends, business partners, and family.

The Return of First to Brew: The Card Game
If you missed it the first time, we are resurrecting First to Brew, our house-designed card game that pits you against your friends to see who can be the first one to open a brewery. Using the mechanics of First to Brew, we will also launch a Kickstarter with several similar-style games including: First to Spew, First to Survive the Zombie Apocalypse, First to Conquer the World, First to Fame, and several others. Look for our Kickstarter campaign and weekly play testing to start in the next month or so.
