“+1” & “DD” Guests: Complimentary +1 guest w/ each Awakening Ticket holder. +1 guests will have no access to BBA beers (Tastings or Bottles) and will not receive Ales From The Crypt swag, but are welcome to attend and may enjoy any of our non-BBA beers on tap. Limit one, +1 guest per Awakening Ticket holder.

Designated Driver Tickets: Complimentary tickets. DD’s are not allowed to drink (obviously) and will not have access to purchase any carryout beer, including BBA bottles on the day of the event. Limit 1, DD ticket per Awakening Ticket holder.

LAY OF THE LAND
These terms will ensure a smooth event and fairness for all attendees.

TICKETING: 140 Awakening Tickets will be available for purchase online only to adults 21 years of age or older at 12:00PM EST on 12/13/19. Each Awakening Ticket purchase is timestamped and all Ticket Holders will be given a unique identification number based on the order of their online ticket purchase. To clarify, the first Awakening Ticket purchased will be assigned the lowest identification number and the last ticket purchased will be assigned the highest identification number. This identification number will be printed on your Drink Card and will determine your placement during the bottle release portion of the event. Awakening Ticket Holders will not know their placement until Check-in at the event. Awakening Tickets are limited to one per person and are non-transferable and non-refundable.

CHECK-IN: Check-in will begin at 5PM and will conclude at 6:30PM on Saturday, February 8, 2020. Ticket Holders will be given their Lanyard with Drink Card, Snifter Glass and Tote Bag upon Check-in. Check-in is the best time to sign up for one of the two brewery tours happening during this event. Early Check-in will not change your placement, but will help to get the event off to a smooth start. Awakening Ticket Holders must Check-In by 6:30PM with their printed or digital ticket along with matching government issued identification.

THE MAIN EVENT: Ales From The Crypt, 2020 will take place on Saturday, February 8th from 6PM to 9PM. At 6PM sharp, the taproom will close to the public and open to Awakening Ticket Holders and all Six Barrel Aged releases will be served on tap. Any Ticket Holder who arrives later than 6:30 PM will forfeit their guaranteed opportunity to purchase bottles. At 6:30PM, Brewery staff will begin selling bottles in the order online tickets were purchased. After all attendees have been given the opportunity to purchase bottles, the process will continue a second time. Any Ticket Holder who wants to purchase an additional bottle of any remaining bottles will be given an additional opportunity to do so in the order tickets were purchased. This cycle may continue to repeat until no bottles remain. We will accept credit card and cash payments.

ADDITIONAL INFO: Only 21 years of age or over will be permitted with valid government issued photo ID matching the purchaser of each Awakening Ticket. Awakening Tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable. Drink Cards will be punched after each Barrel Aged Beer draft serving and after each opportunity to purchase Barrel Aged Beer bottles. No bottle sharing allowed on brewery premises.
