February 12th, at 6:30 – 8:30pm we will be having a Jolly Pumpkin Collaboration Party at our Bloomington Brew Pub! We will be closing off the North section of our dining room for mingling and fun! You will be able to taste both collaborations side by side and Upland Brewers will be on site to talk about the collaboration. We will also be offering tours of our sour brewing facility. We are happy to announce we will have two Jolly Pumpkin guest taps so you can try more of their tasty brews! We will be featuring Fuego del Otono, a fall-inspired sour ale, brewed with hints of spice with delicate caramel malt flavors, and Smoked Gose, a German-style sour ale that originated in Goslar, Germany with lemon tartness provided by lactic acid producing microorganisms.
