One of Indianapolis’ brightest new breweries invites you out this Thursday for what’s sure to be a night of great food, drink, and most importantly, free trivia. 

Big Lug Canteen, self-proclaimed masters of decent food and geniuses in pretty good beer, is opening its doors this Thursday, March 30th for free trivia from 9:00 – 11:00 PM. If you know Big Lug and their team, you know this is sure to be a night of good laughs and great beer. 

Don’t forget that Thursday nights at Big Lug also means $5 select 20oz beers. Who can beat that?

Big Lug will be tapping a new sour as well during the evening in memory of Phife Dawg, the Tribe Called Quest Member who passed away earlier this month. 

The brewery is also excited to announce that is has partnered with Crown Liquors and Three Oaks, MI’s Journeyman Distillery to host a Journeyman Beer Dinner the evening of Wednesday, April 6th. 

The night will kick off at 5:00 PM with a meet-and-greet with Journeyman owner and distiller Bill Welter. At 7:00 guests will be seated in the upstairs and patio areas and will served a four course meal, paired with Journeyman samples and Big Lug beers that have been barrel-aged for the evening. 

Best part of the night? Tickets are only $35, but the meet-and-greet is free, so there’s no reason to miss out on meeting one of the Midwest’s most exciting new distillers!
