TIPPECANOE Co. (WLFI) – The payoff for months of this kind of hard work comes in a glass full of local beer made from a locally harvested crop.
Koh Knox with HopKnoXious Farms says the beer has a ‘hoppy’ and smooth flavor. One month ago, his farm outside West Lafayette harvested hops, a critical ingredient in beer. The crop is most commonly grown in the Pacific Northwest, with only a handful of farms operating in Indiana.
