Chilly Water Brewing Co. December Newsletter

Hey Friends, the Holidays are here and the brewery is quite busy rolling out new styles every week.  This time of year is a great time to get together with family, friends and co-workers for a beer so stop in for a pint…just be safe doing it!
We’d like to take this opportunity to thank all of the many, many regulars who have come through our doors since opening in June.  We have made some good friends and hopefully have been a great addition to the neighborhood. 

DRINK
December brings a highly anticpated beer brewed back in October.  A Belgian Dark Strong Ale coming in at 9.2% abv with a hint of cherry will sure to please.  Also on the horizon is yet another new IPA, a brown ale and the ever popular PeterPaul Coconut Porter.  We are also excited to introduce the first version of our Chilly Water Lager in December.

EAT
The tall guy with his hat on backwards that you sometimes see outside of his usual spot in the back corner of the restaurant is our Kitchen Manager, Jordan Bruno.  Hailing from Northwest Indiana or “The Region”, Jordan spent time in Bloomington working in the kitchen at Finch’s and at the famous IU establishment, Nick’s. Jordan has a great personality and even better sense of humor so don’t hesitate to stop him and tell him how bad the Cubs will still be next year.
