17 Aug Burn ‘Em Brewing Announces First Time Bottle Releases & More for Labor Daze 2016
Burn ‘Em Brewing of Michigan City has announced new bottle releases in conjunction with their highly anticipated Labor Daze event scheduled to take place on Sunday, September 4th at the brewery. The event will play host to 4 featured bands, house made bbq, and over 20+ beers that will be available for the event, including some first time releases from the brewery’s new FUNK PROJECT SERIES, including the following bottles:
Batch No. 1
Red ale fermented with a blend of Saccharomyces and Brettanomyces in Oak barrels and finished with Raspberries.
Batch No. 2
Kettle soured wheat ale fermented in oak barrels with a blend of Brettanomyces, Saccharomyces and Lactobacillus then finished with fresh Peaches.
Batch No. 3
Kettle soured wheat ale 100% fermented with a blend of Brettanomyces in oak barrels.
Batch No. 4
French-style saison aged in red wine barrels with a blend of Brettanomyces and Lactobacillus then finished with red pluots–all in collaboration with Transient Artisan Ales.
The brewery will also be releasing one bottle from their BURN SLOW BARREL AGED SERIES, which will be their Dirty Diana, an Imperial Cream Ale brewed w/ White Chocolate and spices aged in Bourbon barrels and finished w/ Raspberries and Blueberries.
