Join us Friday night September 19th as Monument Circle goes German for the 4th Annual Monument Circle Oktoberfest. The festival features German specialties and American fare. Two Biergartens featuring local, domestic and imported beers will be available for your enjoyment. Then we will be oompah-pahing to the sounds of Indy’s beloved Polkaboy – LIVE from Monument Circle as they perform some of “zee moast beeyutteefool meeyuzick enn za verlld!” This event is open to the public and no admission will be charged.
So come one, come all – bring ze Fraulein along – drag them if you have to, dust off those dancing shoes and enjoy a night of Beer & Brats on Indianapolis’s famed Monument Circle. What better way to usher in the fall season? Fake German accents and Lederhosen optional (but highly suggested) A portion of proceeds to benefit the Indiana Warm Memorials Foundation, the Soldiers & Sailors Monument and the Columbia Club Historic Preservation Foundation.
