30 Nov 2nd Annual ‘Savor Lebanon’ Craft Beer, Wine & Food Fest to Return to the (Indoor) Boone County Fairgrounds on Feb. 24th

Lebanon, IN – Building on the huge success of the inaugural event in 2017, the City of Lebanon and Indiana On Tap are excited to announce the 2nd Annual ‘Savor Lebanon’ Craft Beer, Wine & Food Festival will return to the Witham Pavilion and Centennial Hall Buildings of the Boone County Fairgrounds on Saturday, February 24th from 12 noon to 4:00 pm.
This event will again feature unlimited beer and wine samples from participating vendors, and this year will also include samples from multiple Indiana-based distilleries.
Food vendors will be available from several Lebanon and Boone County area restaurants, including People’s Brewing Kitchen (the talents behind the Revel Room in Lebanon), LA Café, Tipsy Turvy Cupcakes, Arni’s restaurant, and Greek’s Pizzeria. The first Savor Lebanon event was designed to highlight the Lebanon area and its amenities and culture. The second year event will continue this spotlight on the region.
“Last year’s event was a huge success that exceeded everyone’s expectations. We’re excited to partner with the city of Lebanon to bring back an event this exciting and this special for Boone County and all surrounding counties to enjoy,” shared Boone County native and Indiana On Tap Creative Director Barton Lewis.
Confirmed craft beer and wine vendors for 2018 include People’s Brewing, Noble Order Brewing, Scarlet Lane Brewing, Blackhawk Winery, J&J Winery, Saugatuck Brewing from Saugatuck, MI, Bier Brewery, Brew Link Brewing of Plainfield, Rock Bottom Brewery, Garden Party Hard Soda, and PRP Wine. Additional breweries and wineries are being added weekly leading up to the event.
‘Savor Lebanon’ will also be a coming out party of sorts for several new craft breweries in the Boone County area. Trader’s Brewing, at 86th St. and Zionsville Road, Rusted Silo Southern BBQ and Brew House on State Street in Lizton, Moontown Brewing (set to open their event and taprooms in the former Whitestown High School), and, pending availability, Mind Over Mash Brewing which will open in Brownsburg in 2018. Additional breweries will be added to the list as they are confirmed.
The ticket price includes unlimited craft beer and wine samples, limited spirits sampling, live music, access to food vendors who will be selling sample size items for $1-$3 or entrée size items for slightly more, and music/games. Designated drivers will have access to soft drinks, water and the food vendors, as well as the music and games.

The holiday special ticketing option (just $25) is available until January 1, 2018, while Early Bird tickets ($30) will be available online from Jan. 1 through Feb. 24, with tickets on sale at the gate for $40 if tickets are still available. Designated driver tickets are $10, regardless of when purchased.
Savor Lebanon is a 21+ event and all attendees, including designated drivers, will be required to show valid ID. A portion of the proceeds of the event will benefit a Boone County charity.
