Hop Commodity is a Midwest-inspired, single hop Belgian IPA with prominent malt sweetness and notes of citrus and pine, complemented by our hallmark Belgian finish. Waimea hops from New Zealand contribute both aroma and pronounced bitterness, balanced by the generous amounts of caramelized grain that are characteristic of Midwest IPAs. Exemption is a golden blonde abbey-style tripel with a medium-light body, mellow malt character and mild hopping. Belgian candy sugar lightens the body while adding complex alcohol aromas and flavors. The yeast contributes apple and plum-like aromas.
Qualified | quad | 9.5 % ABV & 28 IBU
For those Qualified, our abbey style quadrupel. This strong,dark alefeatures Belgian specialty malts with rich, deep notes of raisin and plum, enhanced by dynamic Belgian esters. A sweet, complex ale, it’s the perfect dessert beer to sip and savor. Enjoy immediately or add to your cellar (if you can wait).
