We brewed our annual release of Death By Pumpkin with 180 pounds of pure pumpkin and spiced it with allspice, cinnamon, nutmeg, and vanilla beans. We then aged a small portion in a fresh, single-use bourbon barrel. The end result is a delicately spiced beer full of real pumpkin flavor and aroma, perfectly balanced with earthy oak and bourbon flavor from the barrel.
