Lesser known writings of the French apothecary Nostradamus predicted that, “From the depths of the Indian territory, the liquid alchemist will create a powerful potation, wreaking consequences untold, to the lovers of humulus lupulus.” Anthropologists are now in agreement that the Bloomington Brewing Company has fulfilled this prophecy with Hopstradamus Imperial IPA.
Hopstradamus is an all Special Pale mash, generously hopped with Nugget and Falconer’s Flight Hops. Dark copper with aromas of dried apricot and pine transitions to a medium mouth feel and resinous, piney hop flavors that last throughout the finish.
