Flat12 Louisville Craft Beer Week Events and Tappings!

With Louisville Craft Beer Week right around the corner, I just wanted to send over an update and reminder about our upcoming events! We have Pedal For The Pint, a brewery bike tour, on September 12th. We will be co-hosting Cheers For Local Beers, a patio party with West Sixth and Goodwood at the Outlook Inn on September 13th, and September 19th we will be having FlatFest, an all day long art and music festival that will include a cross-tapping with Against the Grain Brewery. A representative from each brewery will be at the converse location to tell patrons about the delicious beers they have on tap. 

I’ve attached a the FlatFest press release below with the updates on the lineup and artists, and I’ve included information on all of our upcoming Louisville Craft Beer Week events! 

Flat12 and Tim Faulkner Gallery Present FLATFEST

On September 19th, Flat12 and Tim Faulkner Gallery present FLATFEST, an all day long, free Art and Music Festival to highlight Kentuckiana’s local artists, brewers, musicians, and the local community who supports all of these artistic ventures! The festival will be held at the Flat12 taproom situated on the Ohio River, blocks away from the Big Four Bridge and will feature some of the top graffiti and alternative artists including Julia Anne Davis, Cori Hills, Melody Dennison, Art Cartel, Patrick Jilbert, with live music provided by local and regional bands such as The Jereactors, Hot Prowlers, Second Man, Van Buren and more… the line-up will also include surprise guests!

So come close out Louisville Craft Beer Week with some loud bands, weird art, specialty Flat12 tappings and guest taps from Against The Grain Brewery! Flat12 will also be holding a beer education in the taproom. From 6:30-7:30pm a representative from ATG will be at Flat12 highlighting information on their beer and from 5-6pm Flat12 be hosting their beer education at ATG .

Food trucks including Eh Cumpari will be at the event along with local non-profit vendors. 

The festival kicks off at noon with live music from 6pm-Midnight.
