With a Baseball Bat (Blackberry)—It’s peanut butter jelly time! This sweet mead leads off with a big smack of peanut butter before sliding into blackberry jelly notes. Long, long finish reminiscent of PB&J. $18/ 375ml
Irminsul—This sweet, boozy treat was made from jumbo medjool dates, apples and wildflower honey and then aged in a rum barrel for 16 months. Rich caramel and buttery notes of juicy dates merge almost seamlessly with smooth rum-barrel character. What results is reminiscent of a barrel-aged English barley wine. Clear, star bright gold appearance; medium mouthfeel; sweet and tangy but smooth. $18/ 375ml
SOJ Cherry-wood-aged Mixed Fruit- This sweet mead is made of freshly pressed cherries, concord grapes and apples then aged on cherry wood. No water was used. While tart cherry is dominant, grape and apple converge for a strong secondary note. Thick and intense, this mead has great structure, which balances its sweetness.
