Dust off your Lederhosen and your steins–Munich is coming to Lawrence! The city of Lawrence, in partnership with Indiana On Tap, is excited to announce the date and time for the city’s first major craft beer festival. “Lagers in Lawrence Oktoberfest” will take place on Saturday, Sept. 29th from 3pm – 7pm. This event is being planned as the largest and premier Oktoberfest event for all of central Indiana. This first year, German-themed Oktoberfest event will take place at the city’s outdoor Civic Plaza in the heart of downtown Lawrence and will feature between 15-20 Indiana breweries.
