Join us for a special beer pairing dinner at Grand Junction Brewing. We will pair 5 of our beers with a 5 course dinner. $40 per person
Valentine’s Day Beer Dinner
Opa’s Liebling: paired with Fried Ravioli dusted with fresh parmesan and marinara for dipping
Squirrel Stampede: served with a creamy Mushroom Brie Bisque
1520 Hefeweizen: paired with a Arugula Salad tossed with cucumber, tomatoes, avocados, red onion, & feta drizzled with a Balsamic Basil dressing
Amarillo Sunset: paired with a creamy Rosemary & Spinach Chicken Lasagna surrounded by a Butter Tomato Sauce and garlic bread
Cherry Chocolate Milk Stout: paired with a rich Chocolate Cherry Stout Cake topped with fresh whipped cream
