• About the Starlight Barrel Pick: This French Oaked Starlight Single Barrel is a one-of-a-kind Bourbon, bottled specially for The Seymour Main Street Bourbon Pour. After Starlight’s Carl T. Huber’s Bourbon was aged for 5 ½ years, the Bourbon was emptied into a newly charred French Oak Barrel. The barrel staves were uniquely made up of French Oak cultivated from five different regions of France. This approachable Bourbon comes in at 115.2 proof with all proceeds going to Seymour Main Street.
