The stage will be set with candlelight, flowers, and mood music from Jan Aldridge Clark on harp, ready for a memorable evening together in The 1915 Room. Our brewpub will be closed to the public, and space is limited for this exclusive event.

1st Course: Bay Scallop Ceviche, Winter Citrus, Tarragon Oil, Micro Greens, Flake Sea Salt
2nd Course: Artisanal Baby Greens, Pomegranate Seed, Feta Shaved Black Radish, Candied Walnut, Greek Yogurt Dressing
3rd Course: Tomato Braised Lamb & Chickpea Stew, Parmesan Crisp, Gremoulata
4th Course: Oyster Cornbread Stuffed Pork Loin, Smoked Green Beans, Hock Stock Demi-Glaze
5th Course: Triple Chocolate Layer Cake, Raspberry Preserves, Vanilla Bourbon Cream
Tickets are required ($75 per person) and include hors d’oeuvres, 5 course dinner, all beer pairings and gratuity.
Tickets are also available at the brewpub to purchase during normal business hours with no processing fees.
