Happy February Beer Lovers!  We’d like to thank those who took place in our Devour Downtown menu as it was a huge success allowing us to meet a bunch of new folks.  Our list of beer styles in February continues to grow as does our list of new bands to perform.  Have a good short month with spring on the horizon.

DRINK

February introduces a fantastic new IPA made with one type of hop so we are calling it “One Hop Wonder”. This IPA has a great aroma with not much bitterness making it nice and balanced for 7.8% ABV.  Also this month look for yet another lager with our yet to be named California Common.  The first in our “Turn It Up” series of high gavity beers was brewed in January and should be ready by the end of February/early March.  This one will be an Imperial IPA in the 9%abv range.
 
EAT


Like we said, Devour Downtown was a huge success and put the kitchen to a big test.  Jordan did a great job in keeping up with the demand and craziness that went on in the kitchen.  We are looking forward to the next Devour with new food options and another great deal.  

Thanks to Indy Style for having us on their morning show to cook up some of our menu items.  It was a pretty cool experience ot see how a morning show works.
