Chilly Water Brewing Company released their May Newsletter yesterday, showcasing some big changes coming to the brewery this month.
Chilly Water Brewing Company released their May Newsletter yesterday, showcasing some big changes coming to the brewery this month.
Their new food menu is available starting this week. The new menu will include some new entrees (Dagwood sandwich, some new wraps, and a pulled chicken bbq sandwich), an appetizer (platter of chips, salsa, and guacamole) and two new versions of Skip’s Ball featuring Butterfinger and M&Ms.
On the brewery side, they will add two new 15bbl tanks this month. This will nearly double the current production capacity Chilly Water has and allow them to brew even more of the very popular One Hope Wonder IPA. They will also be releasing Rust Never Sleeps Amber, Domino Irish Stout, and Moonlight Sonata Vienna Lager over the next couple weeks.
Lastly, they mentioned the upcoming live musical performances at the brewery. On May 7, you can catch Avocado Chic at 8 p.m., May 14 is the Virginia Ave. Folk Fest, May 20 is Flatland Harmony Experiment at 8 p.m., and May 27 is Steve Smith and Conga J, with the time to be determined.
