Scientific Calculation Bourbon Barrel Aged Imperial Stout (A “BIG” Imperial Stout layered with chocolate, maple syrup and espresso roast. 14% ABV)
Down The Hatch Bourbon Barrel Aged Imperial Stout (This Imperial Stout was aged in Bourbon Barrels and infused with Hatch Chile Peppers. These mild peppers compliment the chocolate and coffee notes of the warm malt. 10% ABV) A collaboration with our friends at Wise Guys Liquors.
