Charcuterie Plate: Manchego cheese, Calabrese salumi, walnuts, crackers, cherry compote
Beers: Wee Heavy Scotch Ale and Wee Heavy aged on blackberries

Course 2
Salad: Arugula with shaved apples, fennel and aged white cheddar with apricot vinaigrette
Beers: Absolution DIPA and Absolution DIPA aged on apricots and dry-hopped.

Course 3
Appetizer: Broiled Lump Crab Cake on a bed of arugula with lobster mornay
Beers: Rhapsody Pilsner and Rhapsoldy Pilsner dry-hopped with Czech Saaz.

Course 4
Main: Cochinita Pibil – Braised pork shoulder marinated w/ achiote paste & citrus served over white rice
w/ pickled onions & cotija (hot peppers on the side)
Beers: Deliverance IPA and Deliverance IPA aged on orange rind and dry-hopped

Course 5
Dessert: Puff pastry with baked brie and mixed berries with dark chocolate striping
Beers: NitroGenesis Milk Stout and Genesis Milk Stout aged on coffee beans and cacao nibs
