Friday, November 13, Flat12’s winter seasonal will make its appearance, the long-awaited, Lacto-matic Milk Stout. Lacto-matic is malty and rich, with hints of chocolate and a nice, roasty, coffee finish that complements the milk-sugar sweetness. Sweet calms sweet, making this winter brew a perfect pairing with desserts of all kinds. So this Friday, to celebrate the release of the beer, Flat12 Bierwerks and The Comfy Cow of Southern Indiana are teaming up for an Adult Ice Cream Social at the the Flat12 taproom.
They will be featuring the following Craft Beer Floats:
Jo Brahma coffee brown ale is a perfect partner for Comfy Cow’s Freshly Roasted ice cream! It tastes just like the aroma of a freshly brewed pot of coffee on a crisp fall morning.
