Goose Island Brewing is finding a new home across the pond. AB-inBev recently announced they will be launching a series of pubs branded with the famous ‘Goose Island’ name, with the first pub slated to open in London around Christmas time of this year. A second and third location are expected to follow in London and in Belgium.

Dubbed the ‘Goose Island Vintage Ale House,’ these new locations will mark the firsts from Anheuser’s ‘Brand Experience’ division. It’s expected that these new pubs will offer many of Goose Island’s barrel-aged favorite beers along with American smokehouse-style pub fare.

Chicago-based Goose Island Beer Co. was acquired by AB-inBev in 2011.
