The people behind the scenes at Sun King Brewery are not only passionate about what they drink — they believe sustainability is extremely important.

Sun King co-founder Clay Robinson thinks good beer can be made at a minimal environmental cost.

“We don’t have a life or a place to sell beer if we don’t have a planet that works and functions well,” Robinson explained.
