Dorian Day Becomes Dorian Days for Scarlet Lane Brewing, with Four Locations & Food Pairings

MCCORDSVILLE ― Scarlet Lane Brewing Company is excited to announce Dorian Days, a spin-off of their annual Dorian Day. Taking place from March 16 – March 21, Dorian Days will be a six day event that spans across the company’s four locations. Each day, a new Dorian Variant will be released on tap that will be paired with food items created by Head Chef Erin Kem, Sous-chef Bailey Troyer, and Commis Chef Stephanie Barnes.

Dorian Day launched annually in 2016, and has since become one of the biggest events for Scarlet Lane. In the span of five years, the “Queen of Stouts” Eilise Lane Servies and the brew team have created more than 50 Dorian variants. Each year, a wide variety of flavors hit their taps ranging from spicy, sweet, to sometimes, bizarre…and that still rings true for 2021. Dorian Days will deliver something special and unique for all pallets.
