Patrick Mullen and Beth Dickerson of Patrick’s Kitchen have also partnered with Bier Brewery North, allowing a much broader menu offering. Fresh salads and sandwiches, gluten-free selections, and a delicious assortment of starters have been added, all creations that Patrick and Beth have developed and built up over their more than two decades in the industry. Patrick’s will also rotate seasonal items into the menu, keeping it fresh for customers. Kids’ items will also be an important part of the menu, as Bier Brewery North expands to a family friendly environment.

While North’s menus continue to grow and diversify, it also has expanded its outdoor area, adding patio seating and a cool vibe fire-pit to accommodate its ever-growing customer base.

Tailored to the local neighborhoods has been the inception of the popular Mug Club, which is quickly approaching 200 members. Each member who joins receives a 20 oz ceramic mug, (hand thrown by a local artisan) to enjoy their favorite selection of Biers at the pint price for one year. The program has been a big hit with customers.
