Doors open at 7:30pm, and we’ll stay open until 1:00am. There will be a three course buffet, guided brewery tours, live music from Von Strantz and Rattletrap starting at 8:00pm and a champagne toast at midnight! Check out the menu below. Tax Holiday | Christmas Ale ABV: 10.2% | IBU: 32 Tax Holiday is a full-bodied, reddish-amber Christmas ale. Chocolate rye creates a rich and spicy malt profile, while Hunter’s Farm Buckwheat Honey provides deep color, sparkling dryness and subtle notes of molasses. A blend of Pacific Gem and Saaz hops contribute warm but balanced fruit and oak flavors on the back of the palate. Ringing in at 10.2% ABV, Tax Holiday will be the perfect beer to warm up with on a cold winter’s night.
Bean Counter | Belgian coffee brown aleABV: 7.8% | IBU: 33
Bean Counter is a winter seasonal coffee brown ale which is a rich Belgian brown ale featuring Papua New Guinea Mile Square coffee beans, cocoa nibs and Mexican vanilla beans.
Declaration | Belgian Double IPA
ABV: 8.2% | IBU 95
We have “declared ourselves” as an independent brewery with this atypical, hybrid brew: A Belgian Double IPA. We threw in twice the normal amount of Simcoe, Amarillo and Centennial hops, making for a spicy grapefruit, orange and piney aromas. All the while, warm fermentation unleashes the bright citrus esters of our Belgian yeast.
