Griffith, IN – Anchored at the corner of Broad and Main in the beautifully revitalized downtown Griffith, you’ll find Northwest Indiana’s first-of-its-kind barcade and restaurant. Meet Twincade, where the name of the game is leveling up!
Located at 108 N. Broad St., Twincade will open August 1st and will feature delicious food, handcrafted cocktails, locally sourced beer and your favorite classic arcade games.
The building, which has housed a myriad of businesses over the years, has been fully renovated by owners Philip and Patricia Sidener with a stylish, modern flair.
Patrons will be delighted to choose from nearly 40 different fan favorite arcade games and pinball machines such as Mario Bros., Pac-Man and Donkey Kong, along with other surprises.
Twincade boasts 20 taps that will feature a revolving showcase of local and national craft beers. The owners, along with General Manager Michelle Reed, plan to keep the beer list rich, fresh and focused on small, local breweries within a 4-hour radius of Griffith.
Patrons will be shaken (and stirred) when presented with the artful cocktail list utilizing many small batch and artisanal liquors along with fresh juices and lively herbs.
Keeping in line with their craft-centric and localvore vision, the Sideners have sourced the finest ingredients and cheeses for their playful and delicious dinner menu, which will feature an enticing array of gourmet grilled cheese sandwiches (with both gluten free and vegan options).
Twincade is a craft and community-centered restaurant and bar, where people of all ages can come to enjoy a delicious meal in a non-smoking environment to create lasting memories with family and friends.
The daily hours of operation are 4 p.m. – 2 a.m., and children with a parent are welcome until 9 p.m.
