Tasting Society Marketplace Membership Terms

This is an automatically-renewing annual membership. By purchasing this membership, you agree that your membership will continue and your credit card will be charged $59.95 one year from the date of your purchase (or six-months from the date of your purchase, if you received and purchased the offer for the six-month trial option) and annually thereafter, until you cancel your membership. Here’s the best part–as we add new partners and offers, all those NEW offers will be available to you immediately! ALL previous offers, whether you redeemed them or not, will be available to you again when your membership automatically-renews. And, you’ll be renewed at the same, initial retail price of $59.95 each year even though the monetary value of the membership increases. The retail price of your membership will never increase. Your membership can be cancelled at any time. You can cancel your membership by sending an email to info@indianaontap.com indicating your desire to cancel your membership, or you can log into your account to cancel your membership and auto-renewal on your own. IMPORTANT NOTE: Per our policy, we cannot offer refunds to new or auto-renewed memberships once the transaction is completed.

Your cost of membership will never increase above the listed retail price at the time you initially become a member. The current retail price of a membership is $59.95. Individuals who become members now will never pay more than $59.95 to automatically renew their memberships, even if the retail price increases at a later date.

To order more than 1 membership at a time (i.e. a membership for you, plus others), you must enter the name and email address of the additional member(s) in the “Order Notes” field on the checkout page. If you’re only ordering a membership for yourself, you can ignore that field.

Merchandise/Apparel Shipping & Return Policies

Shipping:
All apparel and merchandise items are usually shipped and received within 7-10 business days.
Refund & Exchange Policies:
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it.  Customer will be responsible for mailing costs to return any item to be eligible for a refund or exchange. If item is unused and undamaged, all exchanges or refunds will be granted with no additional costs to the customer. Simply send the item(s) to the address below and send an email to info@indianaontap.com.
