May 5, 2020, Fort Wayne – Trubble Brewing has not been sitting still during the recently ended stay-at-home order; changes are coming soon to both the original Trubble Brewpub and the new Trubble Café in Promenade Park.

At the Broadway brewpub there is exciting news for both beer and food lovers. Trubble now has a delivery option for downtown and surrounding areas and yes, they can deliver beer! Of interest to food lovers, Trubble’s long-standing chef Cortney Carpenter has added an all hand-made pizza menu. The pie features a 48-hour fermented biga dough and toppings that will please classic and gourmet pizza lovers alike.

Trubble Brewing is tweaking the rest of its menu to offer more pasta, burgers and salads, plus more vegan options.  (Don’t worry, their popular brunch will still be offered every Saturday and Sunday).  All menus are available now for delivery and carry-out. Dine-in service will resume May 14th.

At Trubble Riverside Café & Tap in Promenade Park, plans are underway to reopen May 14th. Park goers will be happy to find a wide selection of Trubble beers, wine slushies, and snacks such as hot dogs, hummus & veggies, pretzels & cheese, and pastries.

About Trubble Brewing: Husband and wife team Chad & Keli Hankee founded Fort Wayne, Indiana’s Trubble Brewing in 2015 to cause trouble in the brewery scene, focusing on Chad’s passion – great IPAs, and Keli’s passion – food you can believe in. Since then, Trubble has expanded to brew no fewer than five highly-praised IPAs including their most recent, McConaughaze Hazy IPA, but also other “beers that taste like beer” like the Pancho & Lefty Mexican Lager and Draconian Scotch Heavy Ale. In 2019, the Hankee’s opened their second location, Trubble Riverside Café & Tap, a casual cafe located in the beautiful Promenade Park in downtown Fort Wayne. The new spot focuses on the same basics, a delicious and unique menu, locally-sourced when possible, and great beers from Trubble Brewing. The Hankees are looking for opportunities to open their next venture, a third tap room with an upsized brewing system, to help meet the demand from their thirsty fans.
