The History of Brewing in Muncie – A Beer Tasting Event

When: Saturday, January 24th from 1pm – 3pm

Where: The Fickle Peach – Downtown Muncie – 17 E. Charles St.

Come learn about the history of brewing in Muncie, East Central Indiana, and the entire state!  From early German brewers, to Prohibition, to the recent revitalization of craft brewing, this fundraising event will cover it all, plus allow you to sample local beer!  

The fundraising event will begin with a brief history of Muncie’s breweries, followed by a brief presentation from Chris Piche where he will share his knowledge about the wonderful beverages at the Fickle Peach.  A screening of ‘Indiana in a Pint‘ will also take place.  Tickets are available at the Delaware County Historical Society, the Fickle Peach, and at the door.  Tickets are $14.
