Kentucky has long been known for offering the finest spirits, but recently, there is a another liquid emerging that embodies all of the artisanal qualities that make us so proud of our state.  The American Craft Beer movement is in full force and Kentucky is well on its way to making our mark on this industry with an emerging craft beer scene.  Tailspin Ale Fest seeks to further this cause by providing a premier festival for the craft brewer and craft beer drinker in the Kentuckiana Region.  In this, the Tailspin Ale Fest, we will feature more than 150 craft beers in a revived WWII era airplane hangar at the oldest continually operating airfield in North America.

NEW for 2015, Tailspin Ale Fest is being split into TWO NIGHTS! Friday, February 20th, we’re featuring The Barrel Roll Experience. Tailspin’s Barrel Roll will be a fun filled evening mingling with Brewers and Brewery Reps, while enjoying limited Barrel Aged Beers, Bourbons and Craft Cocktails with food and entertainment included. A True VIP experience for all in this limited attendance event. Tickets include samplings of Barrel Aged Beers, Bourbons and Cocktails, plus local food and entertainment. Designated Driver tickets available too.

SATURDAY, February 21 our traditional Tailspin Ale Fest RETURNS! All paid attendees will receive a souvenir tasting glass. Food served by local food trucks will be available for purchase. The festival also features live music, a biplane display and KY Heritage Section. VIP Attendees will receive an hour early entry, a one year subscription to DRAFT Magazine, one food voucher, plus a Tailspin Ale Fest souvenir.
