Sour Lotteries, Photo Contests, Little 500 and More at Upland Brewing

From the desk of Upland Brewing:

Last chance to hit the sours jackpot
Persimmon, PawPaw, Aronia, and Cauldron are all part of the 2nd sours lottery release of 2017. This lineup could be considered the Powerball of our sours lottery, so don’t miss your chance. Entries end on April 20 and winners will be notified on 4/21 & 4/25 with a link to reserve bottles. Enter here!

Strong, tattooed, and here to welcome spring
Our heroine, Marion the Agrarian, has returned. This Farmhouse Ale combines the assertiveness of Mosaic and Mandarina Bavaria hops, spicy yeast, and local wildflower honey, for a refreshing flavor of peppery spice and citrus. After a long day, fire up the grill and relax with Marion.

HopSynth is back with new hops
By dry hopping Basis, our base blonde sour ale, we developed this well-melded sour with full hop aromas and flavors—HopSynth. Our latest batch was brewed on Citra and El Dorado, two new hop varieties. HopSynth is light, hoppy, and has huge citrus aromas to balance the tartness. If we were making a sour ale starter pack, HopSynth would be our first pick.

Sours After Hours
Over a decade ago, we traded some cases of beer for a few wine barrels from our friends at Oliver Winery and started experimenting. The result? A long-lasting relationship with Oliver and some damn good sours aged on their wine barrels and grapes. Come enjoy an evening of tasting these sours alongside wines from Oliver Winery, paired with charcuterie and cheese. Tickets are only $5 and available here.

Campside Photo Contest
Thanks to everyone who attended the Campside parties and helped us welcome the warm weather with the beer that’s brewed for adventure! All season long, we’re asking you to share your adventures using #CampsideIPA for a chance to win some camp-themed prizes. Tag your photos and show us where Campside takes you this spring!
