26 Oct Prizes, Aliens and Coffee Beer: Sun King Brewing’s Coffee Beer Cavalcade Event Announced for Nov. 2nd

No one’s getting any sleep the night of November 2nd. Sun King Brewing is holding their Coffee Beer Cavalcade at the downtown taproom (135 N. College, Indy) from 6-10 pm, with the release of their new coffee porter called When The Lights Go Out. At this free admission event, there will also be coffee infused variants of several Sun King beers available, using coffees from local roasters, including Bee Coffee Roasters, Hopscotch Coffee, Limelight Coffee Roasters, and Tinker Coffee Co.
What’s more, there will be guest tappings of even more coffee beers. Mashcraft is bringing their Mosaic pale ale with honey coffee called Safety Meeting. Lafayette Brewing will also have a coffee offering, a variant of their Black Angus Oatmeal Stout with Nigerian coffee beans. They call it Knifefight. And 3 Floyds is bringing two beers, their heavily espresso’d Wigsplitter oatmeal stout, and Crack The Skye, a barrel aged Russian Imperial stout with coffee.
Bring your friends so you’ll have someone to stay up late with. There will be prizes and an alien themed photo booth. Keep your eyes on Sun King’s social media as they probably aren’t through thinking up other surprises for the evening.
