We are the state’s leading craft beer media, marketing and events company. To accommodate our continued growth in multiple areas of our business, we are looking for an experienced Full-Time and Part-Time Salesperson to join our team.
The candidates we are seeking must be enthusiastic, self-motivated individuals with familiarity of Indiana’s fast-growing craft beer industry. Great communication skills (especially writing skills), are a must.
These positions will be selling within our multiple sales channels, including media sales, sponsorship sales, and an increased emphasis on membership sales (of our Tasting Society Marketplace—Indiana’s premier craft beer membership & rewards program).
The ideal candidate will have an outgoing personality and be able to demonstrate experience in sales, familiarity with craft beer and the industry, and an eagerness and willingness to learn.
Salary and/or commission will be commensurate on experience.
Requirements:
- Familiarity of the craft beer industry.
- At least 1 year of previous sales experience (preferred).
- Ability to work independently.
- Willingness to travel and work events during many Saturdays throughout the year.
- Great communication skills.
- Well-organized.
- Indianapolis-area based.
This is a virtual position, but you will have access to either of our company’s two shared office spaces. You’ll also be expected to meet with the team, in-person, once weekly.
While the focus for this position will be sales, you will be expected to assist as-needed in other areas of the business, including marketing, event management, online content management, and more.
Compensation:
Full-Time – Base Salary plus Commission
Part Time – Commission Only
