Indiana Statewide Stout Day on Feb. 20 Will Include Collaboration Beer from Sun King & 18th Street

Join your favorite local independent Indiana breweries and support Indiana Craft Beer. Each participating Indiana brewery will tap or release a stout style beer on this day in their taprooms.

It is a vitally important time for the Indiana craft beer industry to join together to promote independent craft brotherhood and sisterhood and that includes our supporters, like you!

Join the Brewers of Indiana Guild and Indiana breweries we rally together in supporting #INStoutDay! We encourage our fans to support their favorite Indiana brewery by sharing a beer “together” while we practice the necessary social distancing to help prevent the spread of COVID-19.

Sun King Brewing in Indy and 18th Street Brewery in Gary/Hammond/Indy are teaming up for a collaboration beer to celebrate Statewide Stout Day. The Churro-licious pastry stout made with actual churros was brewed a couple of weeks ago at both 18th Street and Sun King. With two versions, it will be fun to try both and note the subtle differences. The beer will be available both on draft and in cans at all locations for each brewery, but not in distribution. Importantly, a portion of the proceeds from six packs of the beer sold will be donated to the Latinas Welding Guild.
