If you’ve ever been to our illustrious state capital, searching out breweries and sampling their liquid deliciousness, then your findings undoubtedly bring out the best in your beer geekiness.

That’s fine. Have a beer geek freak-out if you want. It’s most likely deserved, because Indianapolis has great beer.

And the good news is, idealists aren’t shy about adding to the growing Indy beer scene.

Enter Heady Hollow Brewing Company.

Keefe Pietri and George Harrison (not that one) have been brewing beer together for over 8 years. After trial and error, tinkering and sampling, and many profound conversations, the idea of starting a microbrewery became a realistic goal.

From that Heady Hollow was born.

“We want to create a space that is welcoming and emphasizes the importance of keeping things local, from our beer to our menu and our décor,” Harrison highlighted.

With an expected opening around late June/early July, Heady Hollow will start off with an IPA, APA, Scottish Ale, and Wheat. They will also include some seasonal and rotating ales as well with local guest taps.

“There are many great microbreweries in Indianapolis, and each has its own story and personality. Since we are Fishers locals, we wanted to open something in our community to share with other residents of the area,” Harrison pointed out.

“The craft beer scene has been exploding around Indy, and it is great to introduce new beers and breweries into the market.”

Yes it is.

So on behalf of the other beer geeks, we thank you.

Heady Hollow Brewing Company will be located at 11069 Allisonville Road, Fishers, IN
