Flat12’s Third Annual ‘Christmas In July’ Planned for July 22nd


Saturday, July 22, Santa is making his way to Flat12 for the bi-annual release of Pinko, the fan favorite Flat12 Russian Imperial Stout. It’s mid-summer, the end of July, and in Flat12 tradition, we’re putting a twist on it by releasing a variety of specialty and barrel-aged versions of this epic imperial stout.

Brewed to age and brewed for barrels, this hoppy, roasty brew is a limited, specialty beer that will be available at both Flat12 Taprooms. The event will also include the release of a limited amount of wax dipped bombers and 8 oz six pack Pinko cans, an industry-first beer can format.

July 22, naughty or nice, guests can head down to the taproom, deck themselves out in their ugliest Christmas sweater and enjoy Christmas-time festivities, while sipping on some of Flat12’s rarest beers. Attendees can also get photos with Santa to celebrate the tapping of a few of his stashed away Pinko kegs! We’ll award a VIP Mug Club Membership to Best Holiday Dressed!

The newly opened Urban Bread Co. will be serving up a variety of delicious lunch options, so make sure to grab a bite while enjoying these big beers.

A $20 ticket includes entry to the event, a commemorative glass, three 4 oz pours of the specialty Pinko varieties and barrel aged line-up, and a complimentary half pint. Attendees will also have first opportunity to buy limited edition Pinko bombers and 6 packs of 8 oz stubby cans. A limited amount of tickets are on sale online now. The event is expected to sell out, so get them early!
