INDIANAPOLIS — Beer enthusiasts, rejoice! A new microbrewery is coming to town.

Blind Owl is the newest brewery to make a (beer) splash in Indianapolis.

The 10,000 square-foot brewery is expected to open in mid-June on the corner of 62nd Street and Binford Boulevard.

General manager Ian Lobe said Blind Owl is the sixth and newest venture for Lux Restaurants — the same group that owns Binkley’s Kitchen & Bar, Broad Ripple Tavern, Elbow Room, Meridian and Nickel Plate Bar & Grill.

The other restaurants will offer a selection of Blind Owl beer and you can even fill up your growler at any of the restaurants. Note: On Sundays, growlers can only be filled at the brewery.

Lobe said Blind Owl will have five house beers, but the one they are most excited for is their Honey Brown Ale. The beer is described as an approachable light beer with a sweet kick from Indiana honey…. CLICK HERE TO READ THE FULL STORY AT THE INDY CHANNEL
