20 Sep Bid Farewell to Indy’s Bicentennial Celebration with West Fork Whiskey’s Limited Release Bicentennial Bourbon 2.0
As the 2020 – 2021 Indianapolis Bicentennial celebration concludes, Indianapolis-based distillery West Fork Whiskey Co. released a second blend of Bicentennial Bourbon in conjunction with the City of Indianapolis September 17!
The Limited Release bourbon is a completely unique blend of two bourbon barrels and will be a bottle to savor on your back bar for years to come. Whether you were lucky enough to snag a bottle from the first release last year or wish you had, only 384 bottles will be released to the public.
“This bourbon has cracked fresh corn, caramel, vanilla, and light toasted oak on the nose. On the palate, flavors of caramel corn, crème brûlée, and sugar quickly transition to dry spiced oak and baking spices. The finish is long and lingers with soft spice and oak,” said Head Distiller Julian Jones.
The 384 Limited Release Indy Bicentennial Bourbon bottles will be available at West Fork’s tasting room located at 1660 Bellefontaine St. in Indianapolis during regular business hours starting September 17.
