Happy New Year Beer Lovers! In 2016 the brewery made upwards of 50 different styles of beers and that won’t change in 2017. Starting off the year look for our oh-so-popular Coconut Porter along with Dark Side of the Munich Dunkel and a Java stout. All will be tapped this month.
In 2017 you will see more barrel aged beers as Dan is aging a few different beers, including a sour or two, to be released throughout the year. At least one will be featured in our Turn It Up Series.
We are thrilled to be having our first Beer Pairing Dinner on January 16th. This five course dinner will be served with five different beers along with a complimentary pint of our award winning Pilsner. It will be a jazzed up version of the kind of items that we carry on our current menu, highlighted by a Braised Pork Belly Panini. We will also be serving a Brewers Plate, Ham and Swiss on Rye Chowder, Poached Scallop Salad and a Special Skip’s Ball for dessert.
