FDR Bavarian Adler Oktoberfest Tapping Party
Wednesday, September 6th | 6:00pm-10:30pm
Slip into your lederhosen or dirndl and raise a stein with Four Day Ray! Join us for a festive celebration as we tap our very own Bavarian Adler Oktoberfest! We will be serving up steins of beer, live music at 7pm, and $1 off FDR beer styles served all day, so come early.
In addition, our friends from The Pint Cycle will be offering 15 minute bike tours around Fishers with 8oz pours of Bavarian Adler Oktoberfest for $10 starting at 6:30pm. Cycle ride proceeds will benefit BACA Charities.
About our Bavarian Adler Oktoberfest:
This German-style Marzen is a traditionally brewed Oktoberfest using Munich and Vienna malt from Germany & hopped with all German hops. It has a slight biscuity aroma, bready malt flavor with a touch of light toast and offers a slight caramel finish. It pairs great with our tacos, wings, pretzels and charcuterie.
We call it Bavarian Adler because Bavarian Ludwig Railway was named after King Ludwig, the man whose wedding celebration started the Oktoberfest tradition, and was Germany’s first steam powered railroad that opened in 1835. The first steam Locomotive on the Ludwig Railway was an Adler Locomotive.
We’ll see you there, prost!
